At Mooresville Christian Academy our mission is to provide Christ-centered grammar and secondary academic instruction to partner with parents in their charge to train and educate their children. We aim to equip students with a Biblical worldview and the academic tools they need to become leaders in the Kingdom of God in this generation.

Welcome to Mooresville Christian Academy, an educational ministry of River Life Fellowship in Mooresville, NC.

We are delighted to have this opportunity to share information about our program with you, and we pray that God will guide you as you seek His will for the education of your student(s). Our greatest joy is serving Christian families throughout the Lake Norman, NC area.

Mooresville Christian Academy has developed a reputation for reaching the hearts of students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Believing that any instruction which has a foundation other than from God will ultimately prove to be temporal or in opposition to our faith, we take our mission as a Christian school very seriously. Our curriculum is Christ-centered and all classes are taught from a Christian worldview.

Our greatest privilege, however, is the opportunity to guide students in recognizing their God-given gifts and talents. We also encourage them to be good stewards of their abilities. The desired outcome for each student is authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and academic excellence that fully equip each student to engage the culture in which we live. A safe and nurturing environment that provides rigorous instruction is essential in meeting this end.

We also believe that the love we possess through Jesus Christ should be a natural extension of who we are and how we live our lives. Providing opportunity and structure for students to serve others and share their gifts and talents is a sincere privilege to us. Our students are reaching the Lake Norman community in various areas of service as they volunteer countless hours to the community.

Last year our students far surpassed our expectation for volunteering. This outpouring of their hearts is a natural reaction to the nurturing environment of Mooresville Christian Academy and our desire to disciple each child in the way that he or she should go. 06/30/2008 | Office Closed
Our offices will be closed the week of July 7th and reopening July 14th. Feel free to leave us a message at the office (704-663-4690) or by email (mca2003@alltel.net) and we will respond as soon as we are able.

06/23/2008 | Summer Hours
Elementary offices are closed until August. The offices at the high school are open 9 - 3, Monday through Thursday. You can reach us at 704-663-4690. We are still enrolling for the 08/09 school year.

06/23/2008 | Uniform Sizing
Sizing for next years uniforms are currently taking place at First Impressions Embroidery & Design. They have scheduled the week based on the first letter of your last names. Monday the 23rd: A-E Tuesday the 24th: F-J Wednesday the 25th: K-O Thursday the 26th: P-T Friday the 27th: U-Z Saturday the 28th: Only for those who can absolutely not make it during the week. 05/24/08 | 2008 Senior Class Graduation
Graduation Commencement will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 24th. Please wear modest clothing!

05/21/08 | Elementary Awards Day
Elementary Awards will be held on Wednesday, may 21st from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm. All parents and families are welcome! Elementary students will dismiss at 11:30 am on Thursday, May 22nd. Have a great Summer!!!!!!!! First Day of School 2008-2009 Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008.

05/20 & 05/21/08 | Middle/High School Exams
Exam Schedule for Upper School location is as follows: Tuesday, May 20th 1st Period Exam 8:30-9:25 am 2nd Period Exam 9:30-10:25 am 3rd Period Exam 10:30-11:30 am EARLY DISMISSAL 11:30 AM Wednesday, May 21st 4th Period Exam 8:30-9:25 am 5th Period Exam 9:30-10:25 am 6th Period Exam 10:30-11:30 am EARLY DISMISSAL 11:30 AM Seniors do not take exams itless their teacher requires them to do so. Please do not send your child to school if they do not take a exam that period. Please pick your child(ren) up promptly at 11:30 am. Thank you.
